I am a native Californian and have been a Southern California resident for 19 years. I originally obtained my Real Estate License in 1990. I received my California Real Estate Broker’s license in 2001. I began Southwest Real Estate, Inc. in April of 2004.
I have also done work in new home sales, lending and more recently land development, land sales and property management. This current real estate market has opportunities for first time buyers and investors to purchase homes and wait only a few years to make a very large profit by selling when the market improves.
I am an experienced real estate investor and have personal experience investing a in real estate by buying in a down market and selling when the market improves. Gerald Rauch
I have been a builder for over 25 years and have experience in construction of residential buildings, commercial buildings, underground parking structures and most recently “Wind Farms”, in the United States and Mexico. I have experience in all phases of development, including land mapping.
My knowledge and expertise is vast in the area and complexity of commercial lending. I am continually working on several projects, some for myself and some for clients. I assist my clients in putting together packages to present to investors for their consideration. I have a very large database of lenders, hedge fund managers and independent investors that do commercial lending.
My team consists of Architects, Engineers, Designers, and EPC and BOP Contractors. With our collective experience we can produce successful,organized projects that have time sensitive deadlines. We also interact in both Spanish and English with engineers, City and County Planners, and all other Governmental Departments at the City and County levels. Our skills in bringing together the management and sequence of events involving infrastructure, planning, fire and safety is our strength. We are also experienced in communication and interaction with Utility Companies and Conglomerates when we must negotiate Power Purchase Agreements and interact with Government Officials on all levels.
My abilities are unique as they take in the whole project from the initial planning, through to the final funding and finally the sale of the project.
